15.2

These Terms do not establish the scope of any penetration test, vulnerability assessment, security assessment, monitoring service, consulting engagement, or other cybersecurity service.

15.3

Any such services must be governed by an applicable written agreement or other legally binding authorization.

15.4

Where a conflict exists between these Website Terms of Use and a specific written service agreement concerning the provision of cybersecurity services, the applicable service agreement will control with respect to that service engagement.


16. Disclaimer of Warranties
